The sealed and secure Icasa approved Konic club unit is mounted on the back of a PC monitor and is set up safely to only communicate with the website pigeonprogram.com
The monitor only reflects the information from the website without any operating system being installed. The Konic club system is thus not a PC

This feature is mearly a “nice-to-have” as the actual timing of arrival times happens independantly to what information is available on the andriod screen.
